How does it work?
The first step is to subscribe. We’ll send you a voucher code(s) that your employees can use to enroll in courses for free.
Share the link to courses with your employees. Let those who are interested enroll in courses (recommended), or you can make enrollment mandatory. Then just sit back and let us do the rest.
Your employees will work through course materials at their own pace online, and begin working on their improvement projects.
Typically the first improvement projects are completed within the first few weeks of enrollment. Each course requires multiple projects, so you continue to see improvements being made regularly after that. The more employees enroll, the more improvements you’ll see. It’s not uncommon for improvements to include significant cost savings, revenue increases, and quality improvements.
